Done in a FLASH!

My daughter and I were recently talking about making some flash cards. To make it a fun experience for her (cause who really likes studying for a science test??), we made a new file in Photoshop Elements measuring 4x6. Then, using a digital kit by Di Hickman, and made both the front and the back of the flash cards.

After we developed the 4x6 prints, we cut them in half and glued them together, rounding the corners. We then punched holes in the top and added the acrylic covers from the Cover to Cover Mini-Flip Album

A great project to do with your kids because they learn the materials and have an easy way to keep their flashcards for future studies. When it comes to learning, it doesn't have to be hard...MOSD makes it easy to create fun and educational projects that you can share with your children...and you can do them TOGETHER!!!

Don't Be So Square!

This MOSD Hip to Be Square album is not your ordinary square album! So...what do you get when you cross a MOSD Hip to Be Square album, some MOSD Stick-Ons, and a pack of Basic Grey paper? One hip album, that's what!

I added a clear 4x6 page taken from an MOSD Accordion album to the front of my Hip to Be Square album. I fastened a large Basic Grey bookplate to the acrylic with some brads. My Crop-a-Dile made punching the holes in the acrylic so easy! On the clear Hip to Be Square cover, I attached a star burst Stick-On and a clear Creative Memories sticker. Clearly amazing!

The Basic Grey Offbeat paper pack was perfect for these photos of my kids! I added Twirly Gig Stick-Ons throughout the book, plus some tags and other small embellishments. I wanted the focus to be on the photos.



























I just love this hip book! I hope my mom loves it too...she's getting it for Christmas! Shhhhhh!

Teen Albums

I know that several of us have teenagers that we like to scrapbook about, that's if they let us take any photos, lol! I used the 6 X 6 hip to be square album to create an album about my oldest son and his love for hot rods. I love this size because it gives me just enough space to add embellishments to my photos. I really like the way this turned out & my teenager thought it was pretty cool too!
