Hi-ya I'm Amy!

Hello Beautiful People!

I just want to start out by saying how THRILLED I am being a part of the wonderful MOSD Design Team!
There are so many fabulous & talented women on this team. They are chalk full of inspiration and I look forward to working with each and every one of them!

A little about me:

I am currently a stay at home mother to 3 absolutely beautiful (but rotten) kiddos; Kayla(9), Kyrsten(5), and Koen(2), and the wifey of 9 years to my High School sweetie, Travis! He's the cheese to my macaroni :-) Seriously, he's a pretty awesome man! We are a typical Military family and absolutely love the lifestyle it has provided us. We take the good with the bad. Currently my DH is on his 3rd Deployment so I am spending my free time scrapping like a mad woman late into the night! And boy am I getting a lot done! I have been scrappin' for almost 2 years now and there is absolutely no turning back for me, it's love! There is something about creating a page, an album, a card and knowing that you are documenting these moments forever and doing it in a beautiful way!!

Today I would like to share with you a few of my favorite LO's:

Thanks for stopping by today and learning a little about me! I look forward to creating with Midnight Oil Scrapbook Designs! I will be back next month with a wonderful MOSD project :-)

INTRODUCING... me!

Hi there! I'm KellyJean
and I am SO excited to be a part of the
MOSD design team!
Be sure to tell all your friends about how
MOSD is growing and simply bursting at the seams!
We may be the fabric of this great company
but YOU are the stitches that hold us together!
*
Allow me to share a bit about myself
and inspire you with some mini album creativity...
*
This is a fun little album I put together to
showcase my daughter's Father/Daughter Dance.
I used one ordinary office style file folder
to create the pages and pockets.
Speaking of dancing,
you will want to visit my website...
Check back often as I will be sharing
how to create this adorable little album.
*

I really enjoy making mini albums of all kinds.
They are fun to just toss around the home or give as a gift.
Here are two more of my favorite albums
and a few tidbits about myself...
*

I am a WAHM of two young but growing too quickly youths.
Being married to my best friend for 17 years only
makes me want to be with him more and more everyday.
I teach homeschoolers two days a week.
I am in love with Jesus Christ and enjoy studying
as well as teaching His Word.
When I am not papercrafting,
I also enjoy cooking, tole painting, beading,
and instructing group fitness.
What I love most about my life is my...

FAMILY.

Thank you Midnight Oil
for asking me to be on your design team.
I am honored and consider it to be such a blessing!

All about me: Shannon :0)

*{HELLO!}* I'm Shannon and I am also VERY EXCITED to be a part of the MOSD Team! I am a stay at home mom, I have 2 kiddos (Patrick and Mackenzie) and 2 crazy dogs(Cinnamon Buns and Nutmeg)....and a soon to be frog Jonathan, he's almost there! Incidently....Mackenzie has insisted for her 5th birthday that she is getting a fish. That being said, our house is always loud and there's never a dull moment.....giving me ample opportunity to scrap everyday things moreso than occasions and events.....hmmm, what else....I spend a lot of time volunteering at my children's school...St Rose. I enjoy it and it keeps me happy and sane. I have a cool husband who loves me despite my whining, quirks and dorky obsession with watching King of the Hill. I have been scrapping since Paddy was born and it started out small with post card type things that I mailed out to family so they could see him growing and changing....then I branched out to calendars for the grandparents....but that got tedious after a few calendars and needless to say, that tradition has ceased. I didn't really start scrapping for myself until I worked at my LSS, I was then kind of forced to make things for myself so to speak. I then got very enthusiastic about it and it's brought me to where I am today.....wherever that is! :0)

I don't have any MOSD designs as of yet, but wanted to share a few things with you so you could get an idea about me.

Hi! I'm Marisa!

Hello everyone! I am super excited to be part of the MOD SQUAD!! I am looking forward to working with all of the very talented and creative ladies on the team.

I am originally from the island of Guam. I currently live in Viva Las Vegas!! I am a mom to 3 amazing and very active kids! I have a 10 yr. old daughter and 8 yr. old twin sons. I am married to an awesome man who is not only my best friend but is very supportive of all of my crafty endeavors!

Crafting has been a part of my life ever since I was young. I started scrapbooking about 10 years ago after the birth of my daughter. Since then, I have continued to scrapbook and my style has evolved over the years! I am very experimental and I love trying new techniques and supplies. I am inspired by all things crafty! One supply that I cannot live without is FLOWERS!! I love love love flowers! Along with scrapbooking, I also like to stamp, create cards and papercrafts. When it's time to relax....I head over to my desk and start creating!

The project that I have for you today is a tri-shutter card. I have seen this card on many different blogs and I finally had the chance to try it. As you can see I used floral patterned paper! One thing that you will notice about my work is that I cut out everything! I love to cut out the elements from a piece of patterned paper! Inking is another one of my favorite techniques! I am waiting for my box of MOSD goodies......once it arrives.....it is time to play! I look forward to creating with these awesome products!

Thanks for stopping by and I will see ya next month!! :) Have a great day!

Debbie's back!

I'm so excited to return for another term on the Mod Squad. After taking a hiatus to deal with some personal stuff, I'm back! My mojo's been working and I can't wait to start working with all the new product heading my way.

A little bit about me... I'm married to a very handsome, very supportive man. He turns a blind eye to my creative messes and keeps me company while I scrap. We have five amazing, energetic kids - Colin 12, Brenna 10, Ryan 8, Jimmy 6, and Tommy 4. We also have a big Chesapeake Bay Retreiver named Harley. I work full time as a RN on a maternity ward / newborn nursery at a busy city hospital. I teach classes at my LSS as well. Yes, I'm one busy woman, but scrapping is how I relax and recharge myself.

I enjoy playing with a variety of techniques and have found that MOSD products afford me the opportunity to experiment - from Stick Ons to acrylic, you're only limited by your imagination!

Here are some samples of my favorite MOSD projects...

Happy Scrapping!

Vicki here!

First - I just want to tell you how excited to be a part of the MOD SQUAD! I have always LOVED their products and there's no place locally that sells them so I have purchased some products on line and have drooled (yes I said drooled) over my friend Gloria's MOSD projects (you've probably already met her - she's been here a while) and now I get to play with these YUMMY products myself!!

I will show you an album I did using the MOSD Big Boy album. It had originally been my application for a guest spot here about 6-8 months ago.

So a little more about me - I am 38, I work full time doing New Product Development - married with three wonderful children and I obviously LOVE LOVE LOVE to scrapbook! I make scrapbooks, cards and altered item and have recently found myself on the DARK SIDE....digital scrapbooking! (That's what Ms. Gloria called it anyway) I just LOVE IT ALL!

So I hope you are looking forward to more creations from me! I am going to love making them to show to you!

~Vicki
